WAR COMMANDER PLAYTESTERS NEEDED!
Marne, 1918 – Be One of the 1st to See & Play this Game!
War Commander is based upon the award-winning Combat
 Commander system design by Chad and Kai Jensen. This play-test kit was created by Roger Nord and the current play-test is being conducted by Dave Murray and Rob Vaughn. All of the people who participate in this project will receive play-testing credit when Roger submits this game to GMT for final development and eventual publication. Any participants are encouraged to write after action reports and their evaluations of the game, the game system and the scenarios. Your help will be greatly appreciated! Playtesting: First Thursday of every month at the Source!

News & Notes Regarding Back Issue Activity at the Source!  Welcome to Tim’s corner, coming to you from sunny Florida. It’s a rough life I know, but it also means that nothing went out last week. Sorry about, that, but even I need to get away sometimes. I do have a recommendation though. If you make it to the West Palm Beach area of Floriday, check out Past, Present, and Future comics. it’s a great comic store. They have a good selection of back issues, as well as toys, both old and new, bargain boxes, board games and role playing games. The staff is friendly, and they know comics. So if you have a chance, go visit. Tim

 It’s true! Heroclix, is rocking at the Source! We play every Wednesday evening and we always welcome new players! Invite everyone you know to come on down and join us! HeroClix Organized Play Schedule at the Source! New players are always welcome! FEBRUARY 3 - 6:30PM - WARRIORS, WARRIORS WARRIORS
Build a 400 point unrestricted team. All Teams must have one character with the Keyword: Warrior. There will be a scenario explained prior to the star of this event! No Duplicate figures. No Feats and no BFC. Event Dial #102 Prize Support!
FEBRUARY 10 – 6:30PM – LEGENADRY DAY
600 point team, 8 figures. No Pogs, No Feats. Scenario explained at event. No Duplicate Figures. 2-45 minute rounds. Total KO points determine the victor. LE BFC Prize Support
FEBRUARY 17 – 6:30PM – HAMMER OF THOR FLOOR

Lots of great tournaments are coming up Fall at the Source. We are now running Friday Night Magic every Friday night so you don’t have to travel far anymore for chance at those exclusive foil prizes.

Tuesday, February 9th – Booster Draft – 5:30PM Start – $14.00 Tuesday, February 16th Standard – 5:30PM Start – $5.00 Tuesday, February 23rd – Booster Draft – 5:30PM Start – $14.00
Elder Dragon Highlander Deck Construction and Play Rules – Can be found at www.dragonhighlander.net, or at the store. Tournament will be run in tables of 4 players. As players are eliminated they will be seated in a new game of 4 players. Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place in each game. Games will keep seating from 5:30pm to 9:00pm.

All of the Stuckey items (including the bag candy) is located by the candy racks in the store. The folks at Stuckey’s were pretty amazed by how fast we sold the majority of the first order.
